Hi Team,

Does S4HANA Public cloud supports excise and VAT for India country ?

Currently, GST is the indirect tax which is applicable in India but there are certain products where excise and VAT is still applicable.

We would like to understand what are the scope items in S4HANA public cloud relevant for Excise and VAT in India ?

In Public Cloud, the best practice content for VAT is delivered with scope item J58 - Accounting and Financial Close. This is a standard scope item which is included in bundle Enterprise Management and can be activated for country India.
