We are making a call from our commerce application to allow customers the ability to pay for invoices. Paymetric provided the following RFC within our SAP ECC: /PMPAY/CLEAR_AR_OPEN_ITEMS.
We are seeing the following failures when we make the JCO call:
Since June 1, we had 55 successful calls and 19 failures. I compared the Request message in both cases and I am not seeing any differences in the data nor the structure.
Any guidance as to where to look for additional information to help trouble shoot this issue?
Should we put into place retrylaterexception in our class that is making this call to see if the payment gets posted? or put into place a business process?
