Obsolete Email Addresses Error

Dear Experts,

We keep getting an obsolete email address error with all our email campaigns in SAP Marketing. In order to successfully run the campaign we have to restart the campaign multiple times after which we are able to complete the campaign. I wanted to ask if anyone could help us resolve this issue.

This is the error we get:

" ID EMAIL-aaaaaaaa11111@gmail.com of contact with ID SAP_HYBRIS_MKT_IC-005056B026E1EB9CC0 is obsolete or flagged for deletion "

Is there anyway I could add fields in the segmentation part through which I could possibly filter out all the obsolete email addresses, or the invalid email addresses and create a different segment with them in order to avoid sending them emails.

Is it possible for me to add a field or two in the segmentation, and if so, can you please guide me on how to go about it?

If there is any other approach to solve this issue please let me know. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Ali,

Are you facing this error with Open Channel Campaigns ? If that's the case Enhance your Open Channel implementation to pick only valid emails OR use the Application jobs to flag invalid IDs for deletion and then delete them to resolve this issue.
