Lead deletion

Is it possible that

Can lead be deleted in SAP cloud for customer ?

if yes how ?

Hello Hemant,

From the Leads OWL, select one or multiple Leads and from the right top corner, you see a gear-wheel icon. Choose the icon and there will be an option to delete the leads.

Thanks for quick and correct answer.

but it seems that in my SAP C4C solution this option is disabled i.e. not activated under solution scopes or open activity list.

Is there any way to make this option available for some key users if yes how ?

Hi Hemant,

You need select one or more leads from the OWL and then choose the Actions 'gear-wheel' icon. Then the option is activated.

Hi Hemant.

Do you also have an ERP integration active? Do you also face the problem that after clicking the button, business replication messages are getting triggered to ERP? Do you see any messages within the message monitor?

We had to open an incident for this case...
