We make use of SAP Cloud for Customer, and now there is a desire to enable IP whitelisting so that access for the users can be restricted to the IPs of our offices and VPNs. Is there a possibility for that?
Just so we understand, are you asking if it is possible to restrict access to the C4C application to only users that are on the corporate VPN and/ or to the IPs of your offices. So if the user tries to log into C4C from home, for example and without VPN, he should not be able to. Is that your requirement?
C4C on its own doesn't provide IP restrictions. Customers who have purchased a private C4C tenant (i.e. single tenant, not shared with other customers) can try and ask SAP to restrict IPs via a request as this should be possible
The other way would be by using an IdP such as SAP IAS or ADFS to manage access to your tenant.
