Hi Pierre,

When the full discount synchronization is performed, it update all the discounts and also remove the discounts that are not available anymore.
Was the discount synchronization executed successfully?
Is there any warning message?

Try to do another test, add a discount to the customer C5, e.g.: 10% discount and run a discount synchronization and check if this new discount is applied to customer in the CCO. If yes, then remove the discount and run again a discount synchronization and check the results in the CCO.

I just removed all the discounts from my test database and they still appear in CCO.
the C5 client has no discount in SAP.

Bonjour, Pierre,

If you have removed the discounts in SAP Business One, then, when the discount synchronization is performed in SAP Customer Checkout I assume they should also be removed/fetched by SAP CCO. Let me know if this helps or if the situation is different, feel free to add more details.
