Attachment cant be downloaded in service ticket

Hello Gurus

In Service Ticket View when i click on "Attachments" I could not find the attachment being downloaded..Can anybody let me know where the attachments are saved in SAP CRM. It happens in EHP 7.2 system.

Hi,

When you open attachement you will get popup to save or open.

When you choose open it wont get saved in the system.

it is not what exactly im looking for..when you click on the attachments , the attachment doesnt appear for that service ticket unlike in crm 7.0. just search for the service ticket with the given search criteria
