SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 Feature Pack 19 Now Available
We’re pleased to announce that SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 Feature Pack 19 has been released on 26th of March 2024.
This new Feature Pack 19 includes enhancements to existing functionalities and new features in SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Customer Checkout manager.
The following enhancements are the main highlights of the new feature pack:
- New field “Type code” in Gift cards app available to differentiate between different use-cases of gift cards, which is then mapped to the payment method.
- New function button “Display gift card details” available to get a gift card overview
- New report “VAT per day and POS group” available to show all the VAT/Tax data and transactions of all POS systems and all receipts
- New report “Revenue per cashier and POS system” available that generates sales reports for revenue per POS System and the cashier
- Improved report “Revenue per cashier”
- New field “Show additional columns” available to show more information in the report
- New “Assignments” tab available within the Components section to improve maintenance of the quick selection
- New option to “Show placeholders” available to view all existing placeholders
- New unit field “Unit of measure” available to maintain the unit of measure for an article directly from the quick selection
- Improved navigation for quick selection configurations
- New function button “Send test email” available in each template to send a dummy email
- Improved Email outbox app with new checkbox to verify if sent email contains any attachment and opportunity to download this attachment
- Archiving and Data deletion
- New configuration setting “Delete outdated data” available in PoS system to maintain the age of the outdated data to be deleted
- New job “Delete outdated data” available in PoS system to schedule regular clean-up jobs for deletion of outdated data
- New inbound service “Archive update” available that allows external Archive systems, that are using a queue, to update the Archive reference of the SAP Customer Checkout manager to a later point in time
- Notifications in PoS System
- Improved notification visibility in PoS systems
- Conflict handling improvements in Table service scenario
- Improved identification of the conflict receipts and reason for conflict in Table service scenario in the Receipts app
- New function button to copy price list available
- New option to download WSDL schema available for inbound and outbound SAP S4/HANA integration scenarios
- New option to download XSD schema available for Archive service scenarios
- New option to export to PDF in the Sales summaries app
- Extended functionality to display and search for all discounts available in the POS system
- New function button “Display loyalty information” available to gain the full loyalty footprint of a customer in PoS system
- New option in Receipt to store, and show Scanned ID for articles available
- Extended functionality for a receipt search in Table Service UI mode using Table ID or Table-index
- New password policy for technical users available to help manage password validities in various use-cases
- New parameter Decimal places available in the Currencies app to define the decimal places shown in the UI
- New app “Business configuration” implemented to align decimal places configuration both in POS and SAP Customer Checkout manager
- New job Sales summary: Export available to export data for the DSFinV-K interface in one step
- New option to include customer data within payment initialization requests available so that the payment initialization request contained customer data
