Saying goodbye to the Main Dashboard

Saying goodbye is never easy, but sometimes it's for the best!

To improve your Emarsys experience, effective March 27, 2023, the Emarsys Home page will be the default landing page after login. This is a result of Emarsys sunsetting the Main Dashboard on March 24th.

What does this mean? 

The Main Dashboard will no longer be available and at that time, customers widgets will be moved over except for Email Campaign, Automation, and Predict Recommendations widgets that can be found using the following reports:

• Predict information is available in the Predict Dashboard.


• Automation and Email Campaign performance are available in Trend Reporting.

Why are Emarsys doing this?

This change is part of the Emarsys Spring Product Release 2023 and has ultimately been made to improve the customer experience. Compared to the Main Dashboard, the Emarsys Home page is fully customizable according to your needs and optimal flow.

What can I do to prepare for this?

To make the update now, go to My profile > Start page and select the Emarsys Home page.
