Abstract


This blog post introduces a series of four expert deep dive live sessions tailored for System Administrators and Dev-Ops Managers involved in SAP Commerce Cloud (in the Public Cloud, aka. CCV2) projects. Each session addresses crucial aspects of SAP Commerce Cloud, providing in-depth knowledge and practical insights into its infrastructure, architecture, installation, configuration, monitoring, development, integration, and data management.

  1. SAP Commerce Cloud System Administrator - Introducing SAP Commerce Cloud in the Public Cloud:

    • Overview of functional scope in SAP Commerce Cloud (in the Public Cloud, aka. CCV2).

    • Introduction to user web applications for customers and business users.

    • Functional architecture exploration.

    • Overview of key enablement resources.



  2. SAP Commerce Cloud System Administrator - Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Portal:

    • In-depth analysis of the technical architecture of the cloud portal for SAP Commerce Cloud.

    • Operation of infrastructure and tools through the cloud portal graphical user interface (UI).

    • Demonstrations of major administrator tasks.



  3. SAP Commerce Cloud System Administrator - Logging Monitoring and Developing:

    • Accessing log traces for Commerce Solutions via Cloud Logging System (CLS).

    • Utilizing logs to identify problems and set up alerts.

    • Application Performance Monitoring (APM) using Dynatrace to monitor different components.



  4. SAP Commerce Cloud System Administrator - Integrations and Data Management:

    • Exploration of integration options and tools for SAP Commerce Cloud.

    • Implementation of data management operations.

    • Creation and restoration of snapshots.




Target Audience:


These live sessions are designed for System Administrators, Dev-Ops Managers, and IT Project Managers involved in the setup, installation, configuration, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SAP Commerce Cloud (in the Public Cloud, aka. CCV2) Servers.
