While installing ABAP AS NW 7.52 WITH ASE SYSBASE I am getting error?

An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver AS for ABAP 7.52 > SAP ASE > Installation > Application Server ABAP > Standard System > Standard System (Last error reported by the step: Assertion failed: Unable to install the database software. Refer to trace file sapinst_dev.log for further information. The ASE installer terminated with return code -1. Output of the installer is: ?C???X?g?[???? Check this SAP note 2408590, and if possible share the sapinst_dev.log & D:\sybase\CCS\log log files as attachement.
