Eclipse ADT download - ABAP Communication Framework 3.42.0

Getting below error when installing ABAP Development tolls on Eclipse 2024-03

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

Software being installed: ABAP Development Tools for SAP HANA (Developer Edition) 3.42.0 (com.sap.adt.tools.hana.devedition.feature.group 3.42.0)

Missing requirement: ABAP Communication Framework 3.42.0 (com.sap.adt.fwk.ci.feature.group 3.42.0) requires 'org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; org.eclipse.emf.validation.feature.group [1.7.0,2.0.0), greedy=false' but it could not be found
