WAD button issue

Hi All,

i have created one WAD button through Button toolbar, there are two buttons

1 export to excel

2 export to csv

problem is in both buttons it is showing as Export to Excel despite of the fact that i have changed it in WAD and its showing as Export to CSV in Web application designer while when we execute it it shows both as Export to Excel.

Also i have transported it to Quality environment thinking that because of some personalization issue its not working in development but not in Quality its not at all showing the Export to CSV button.

Please provide your inputs as i am struck up with this issue since long time.

Hi,

You are using Enterprise Portal to view your outputs ? Chk the connections btwn BI n Portal.

Just try renaming the Buttons as "Export to Excel" and "Export to CSV". See the output. I dont think there is any reason for it not to show that name.

Is the functionality that you defined working?? I mean is the report getting converted to Excel or CSV?

Also, capture the changes in a request. And transport it. Again check in QA environment.
