LDAP Role is removed automatically from User Account

Hi Folks,

We have External LDAP server as UME in our SAP Enterprise Portal 7.5 SP25.

Recently we are facing one issue where LDAP roles are automatically getting removed from user account and due to users are not able to see the Portal role as portal roles are linked with LDAP.

 

We have to manually assing the LDAP Role and then user is able to work.

Please let me know how we can solve this issue as there is no logs getting in the nwa.
