The ABAP system Managed Systems Setup Check now available for customers.
This is a tool you can use to troubleshoot problems with Managed ABAP systems connected to SAP Cloud ALM
It is included in ST-PI 740 SP26, and for lower supported ST-PI versions via SAP Notes 3426408 - Cloud ALM: Connection Setup Checks for Deployment Management and 3432845 - SAP Cloud ALM - CDM: Create DDIC objects needed for note 3426408
We want to encourage customers to use this tool
It has been implemented via transaction /n/sdf/alm_diagnostic, or via report /SDF/CALM_CDM_CONN_DIAGNOSTIC and should be used as the first step when having issues with the Managed ABAP system.
As you can see there are various checks and the solutions can be found in the Solutions for Errors in the Managed System Setup Check here
Here is an example run in one of SAP's Test ERP 6.0 Test Systems where it has found an issue and the link to the solution was used to navigate to it in Help SAP
Again this is a tool customers can use to help diagnose issues on the managed ABAP system and enable customers to resolve many of them on their own using the tool and the embedded links to SAP Help to find the solution based on the check status warning/error.
