Unable to Load Slipstream Engine 3.0 SP12

Dear Experts,

We are on Slipstream 3.0 SP12 and we started using Slipstreams on our Zebra Scanners browser.

The First login works fine without any issue but once user logs out and tries to login again from

the same screen there comes a message 'Unable to load UI5 Library' . Could anyone share some inputs?

This is because you (probably) have closed system, without access to external Internet.

Use &sap-ui-version=personas in your URL. It will load SAPUI5 library version provided with Personas package.

Thank you for your response. The issue is not happening with the existing URL if the application is loaded after every log off. I have tried to append the URL with your suggestion but it didn't work. Could you let me know if am using right one

URL 1 :

URL 2:

https://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/sap/bc/se/m/&sap-ui-version=personas

Thank you for response, the URL you mentioned is the one which is active and still we get the same issue. Any alternatives you would like to suggest?

According to your previous comment, none of the three RRLs you mentioned were the same like what I suggested... URL 3 was almost identical, except for an & instead of a ?
Verify if the URL is correct.

Other than that I have no other suggestion, except for opening a support incident.

Hi Siva,

By default Slipstream Engine that is shipped with SAP Screen Personas SP12 loads its SAPUI5 runtime dependencies from https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com. Adding the SE URL parameter sap-ui-version=personas changes the SAPUI5 runtime location from the open internet resource to the /sap/bc/personas3/ui5 SICF service of your backend system:

 https://<your host>:<your port>/sap/bc/se/m?sap-ui-version=personas

As you mentioned that Slipstream Engine starts up correctly without the sap-ui-version=personas parameter, I do not see any evidence that default SAPUI5 provider location is causing your issues after the logoff.

Therefore, I suggest to consider opening a BC-PER incident ticket and we will have an in-depth look at your problem.
