Connecting S3 as external storage for SAP BTP DMS

Hello,
Does anyone have any experience connecting an s3 bucket as external repository for SAP BTP DMtS?
Per SAP documentation, to create the external repository I need to specify an existing destination in BTP and I'm using the option OAuth2RefreshToken using Token Service URL as https://sts.amazonaws.com. However, when I test the connection, I still get a 403 Forbidden.
Any insights into how this may be configured?

Hi, 

Instead of using SAP DMS try using an SAP object store for easy integration with S3 storage.

That would definitely be easier, however, the SAP object store is less cost effective as the S3 storage
