Hello Team,
we have a scenario where employees have a chance to upload their own content in the My workspace tab. But if the same employee is terminated or leaves the company, what will happen to the content which is there in his/her workspace. Will it get auto deleted. This question was raised to make sure on the content space which is allocated to them shouldnt get wasted and they are also planning to buy additional space if required for their content. They also wnated to make sure to know on this. If this is not being auto deleted. what are our options of freeing this space which will allow other content to be uploaded.
