hana db with vector in CAP Application

i am creating a CAP application with HANA DB in business app studio. now i need to have HANA vector engine enabled. is there any specific configuration to be done to have Vector engined enabled or it comes by default?

Also any blog to show how to connect hana db of CAP in BTP using python code?

You may need to upgrade your HANA Cloud instance if you are not in QRC 1/2024 release. A part from that, there is nothing to activate.
