Dear All

We get error in system status in manage system

i send screen short alos

and attech of SLD screen short alos there AIX system show

Hi Nainesh,

issue is due to software details is not update in LMDB. Check the latest system details is update in SLD.

Then go to LMDB t.cide -> open the managed system -> select the SID in navigation tree first row -> right side able to find Advance -> drop down it -> Resynchronization of Technical System Information from SLD

it will update the detail in LMDB.

if still issue is not solve, Go to se38 ->  RLMDB_SYNC_TECHNICAL_SYSTEM -> enter sid -> check mark delet before resyn and execute it.

it will resyc from SLD and updaet it LMDB.

This is not the SMD agent version.

check the work directory for the log in the smd agent installed directory.

Hi,

Please user fully qualifies host name as most of the times this is the cause of the issue.

Problem seems to be with technical system configuration .

1.Check if it is properly synched with SLD or not

2. Check LMDB ,  if the information is available or not.

looks like software component information is not synched properly.

If it is ABAP , perform it using RZ70

If it is Java use VA or NWA

"The jobs responsible for updating your Solman SLD is SAP_SLD_DATA_COLLECT & SAP_SLD_DATA_COLLECT_STARTUP.

And after that data appears in SLD, the job SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001 is responsible for populating the datas in LMDB."

or you can execute the below job to synch from SLD ->LMDB

RLMDB_SYNC_TECHNICAL_SYSTEM

I do all task on my AIX base system and in SLD the os AIX 5.3 alos show....

I also secrern sort of SLD os all data come on my lmdb job is work fine

Hello

Looks like the problem is with the Technical System configuration.

Check in LMDB whether the system is defined properly

Tx LMDB - SID - Software - Software Components Versions.
