SAP PO version upgrade and security patch activity

Hi Experts,

We are currenty working on SAP PO 7.5 single stack SP28.. and we would like to upgrade to latest version available.. could you please let us know how do we find out the latest version of SAP PO.. also collecting the right versions for all components.. Also how do we check and conclude whether any security patch is needed for SAP PO environments? Could you please advise on this, Thank you!
