Hello All,
We are trying to configure the new PIT Tool on PO 7.5 Single stack at SP22. We have done the configurations as per standards but while retrieving messages from source system when we click on count, the system does not fetch anything even though the messages exist at source and this goes on loading forever without giving any error. Any leads would be highly appreciated.
Source System: (Same as target system)
• Is PO 7.5 Java Installation at SP22
• Logging with Payload is enabled for all three stages (BI, MS, AM)
• CTC PI Test Tool Target is deployed on the Target system and is finished successfully. In Applications the injector application com.sap.aii.pit.injector.app is deployed and running and the property pit.injector.enabled is set to 'true'.

• HTTP destination to point to Source and target systems have been created.
• The action retrieve_response (defined by the application com.sap.aii.pit.injector.app) is assigned to the PIT user maintained in the default destination PIT_System.
• The PITuser has below roles:
SAP_PIT_INJECTOR
SAP_XI_API_DISPLAY_J2EE
SAP_XI_DISPLAY_USER_J2EE
SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE
SAP_XI_DISPLAY_USER_J2EE
We are not able to :
• Count the messages to be extracted in any given time range even though the messages are available in the source system. The action doesn’t give any error nor does it timeout
• System check of the added test systems in NWDS does not run successfully
