Connection to BW - Hebrew

I connect the SAC to the BW system using live connection

When i present the data in a story table all the des is not showing good

What can be the reason

did you check the remote-login-language ?
can other stories/texts be displayed in this language ?

I never saw this issue before... but I guess SAP would ask: Which SAP Release and SP are you on?

And have you already checked the Note Analyzer: Z_SAP_BW_NOTE_ANALYZER (SAP Note 2383530)

... maybe you find a helpful note for this problem.
