Thanks for the answer. I understand we build a separate model to load vendor master data. But if i want to have a look up to the selected vendor from the PO report story, how do I link that?
Here is my approach to this. See if this helps. You have global/ public dimensions setup and loaded. In your case it is Vendor master data. Create a new model or add vendor field in existing transactional model. When you add vendor field as existing public dimension into your PO model, all properties of Vendor master data are available by default. You can add them directly or use these attributes for calculation. Hope this help clear the setup process.
