Alert inbox: Sold-to-party not in all monitoring items

we have a problem with using the sold-to-party as filter in Alert Inbox. For the most entries it works by entering the business partner in LMDB.

It doesn't work for
* ABAP systems "Instance Description"
* HANA DB systems

I considered using IB52 with the DNO_CUST04 entry CHECK_PARTNER_IN_IBASE_HIER, but I can't maintain the sold-to-party system wise.

Hello, 

The Sold-to-Party is only available for type Technical System and not for other system types as Databases or Instances, this is a limitation which cannot be enhanced due to technical reasons.

Well you can maintain it in DB systems, at least in HANA DB systems. And this doesn't explain why it's not shown in e. g. instance specific alerts. I expect that this value should be propagated. It's not very clever that there is no way prefiltering the alerts.
