Qlik Sense Reporting using SAP BW BEx Queries and SAP S/4 HANA CDS Views Live Data

Is it possible to create Qlik Sense report using SAP BW BEx Queries and SAP S/4 HANA CDS Views live data? If yes, kindly let me know the steps.

Hi suvamdey17,

Qlik offers SAP connector that let it consume BEx reports from ABAP layer. This includes import and live connection (both).

For CDS from S/4HANA side you can use Qlik OData connector. It is part of web connector package. Another option would be to use SAP Connector to connect BEx queries develop on S/4HANA - BW layer itself. This will avoid data volume limitation from the use OData service. Although, direct BEx query consumption have its own limitations as well.

Coming from using Power-BI and Tableau, Qlik may seems missing some functions when it comes to BW queries rendering.
