Hello, Experts.
Our test system has a persistent problem where documents and invoices become inaccessible post-ECC Refresh.
We raised an OSS ticket before and it was suggested to have an ECC and Content Server Refresh using PRD backup within the same timestamp. Although we completed it last week, the docs are still inaccessible.HTTP error: 404 (Not Found)

Hi,
I see both:
Storage=ContentStorage.dll
andStorage=FileSystemStorage.dllYou must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi,
first of all, which version of the Content Server is in use? Does it use MaxDB to store documents (if yes, which version of MaxDB?) or does it use the file system. In the latter case, I'm not able to help.
The URL, you sent, seems to go to a file location resource.
Kind regards Thomas
