No projects available for my Desktop Agent

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to re-use an automation scenario from store(SAP Build Process Automation).I have followed the steps https://help.sap.com/docs/IRPA_S4HANA/144f48c43d774333b158cf83044967fa/567290119cdb41d691d530c0639d2... but at step 5, I do not see any projects in my agent, neither 'start' / 'record' button being visible at the agent. The agent is connected and visible in SAP Build Process Automation -> Environment -> Agents.. Projects are visible at Environment -> Projects.

Not sure,

whether 'service state' is anything to do with this problem (or)

mismatch of version at agent vs project is the problem (or)

anything to do with trigger condition ???
