how configure interlocutor on sap pi

hi friends,

I am create a scenario :  FILE--->PI-->IDOC

must pass the interlocutor but I dont know how...

the interlocutor is create on R3 in WE20.

how assign the interfaz at interlocutor.?

plis help.
