How can I find the status of a running iFlow by an external client e.g. a Powershell script

Hi All, 

I am trying to trigger an iFlow with an HTTP endpoint from a Powershell script. However it is a long running flow and I would like to have an option to monitor that from the script itself periodically. 

is there a monitoring API available that can do that?
