Export to Excel issue/ Design studio/This XML file does not appear to have any style information

Dear all,

We faced with an issue during ExportToExcel our crosstab in design studio.
It worked completely ok but suddenly it gives us this error.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.

It is too strange ince it was working yesterday but today it is not working anymore...

We are using BI4.2 SP4. and the version of Design studio is 1.6 SP3

Can anyone help me about it?

Anything done on the server ?

First thing to try is to stop your webapplication server and clear its cache.

Actually our client ask us why we need to reset the server...
If I execute dshboard locally it is not working so they are saying it can be the problem of Server...
Do you have any suggestion?

the screenshot you provided is not local, it is from executing dashboard in bilaunchpad.
that means server side issue.

Also, I haven't suggested to reset server, I asked if anything was done on the server and to try clearing cache of the web app server (standard troubleshooting method)

But if your dashboard is not working in Design studio client - then you need to figure out why.

I think something hs been changed from serverside (bsed on modification time of server).
You are right I have attached the screenshot of BILaunchpad. Here is the screenhot if I lauch it locally. I see the error 500

In this situation, It can be because of the server?
