Error "No network connection. The dashboard can not retrieve data"

Hello everyone.

When I try to run a dashboard with Bex queries or Universes I get the error "No network connection. The dashboard can not retrieve data". This message is output when running in Mobile BI or Preview (Mobile) in APL mode. All the components I used in Dashboard are compatibles with Mobile.

I only have problems with Dashboard. The Explorer, and Webi documents are executed correctly in Mobile BI.

The versions I have are:

- BI 41 SP03

- Dashboard 41 SP 03

- APP BI Mobile 5.0.13

- IOS 7.0.4

Hi Leonardo,

As you have issue on Mobile BI its seems there is something missing in configuration of Dashboards on Mobile.

Please go through the below document -

Hi,

  if still not resolved... 

Please open the dashboard on Xcelsius and check for data connection url. make sure that WSDL and Web Service url is accessible from internal and external network.

hope this will work in your case.
