ERP initiated service entry sheet to Ariba B&I is not triggered in S4.

We have activated ERP initiated Service entry sheet for Ariba B&I and configured event linkages and parameters for this, but still the service entry sheet when created in S4 doesn't pick the interface in S4 and deoesnt send anything to CIG.

Let us know if there is any other configurations that needs to be done.

Hello,

It's possible that the vendor ID is not maintained on the copy request of the SES. You (via a Case to SAP Support) can enable the entitlement Ensure private ID credentials on copy documents originating from Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, but note it will apply for all copy docs.
