Data load monitor shows yellow colour

Hi Experts,

In upload monitor quality status in Yellow state.There are many reason for that.One reason could be large volume of data is getting loaded in to BW system.How do i know ensure/monitor that whether data is getting loaded or due to some other reason.

Hi,

whenever you are asking the R/3 system to send the data, it creates a Job in R/3 .

So if the job is completed in R/3 side but in the monitor it is showing yellow, the chances to say something has gone wrong is more.

And also check is there any subsequent process is running by a Background job in BIW(for ex : Activation of Request in ODS) .

And

No Dialog process is being used, then we can say some thing is wrrong .

monitor it showing yellow color

goto -> R3->go to BD87-> IDOC IS PROCESS THERE-> SELECT THE YELLOW COLOR IDoc entries in tRFC queue SELECT-> RCLK PROCESS-> ALL TEH IDOC NOW PULL TO BIW

OR

2. GO TO SM58 -> SELECT YOUR FM -> F6->ALL-> ALL ARE PULL TO BIW

When Yellow, please wait.

To know whether data is getting pulled, you can refresh that particular entry where you can see the number of records in the data load monitor screen. If the record count increases, it means data is still getting pulled.

Hi Muthu,

Check your details tab and see where is the current processing. You will come to know if it is still extracting the data from R/3 or its updating the PSA or in update rules etc.

You can also have a look at SM50 to check your process, also you can look at SM37 for Request (from monitor).
