Create destination service in the global account.

Is it possible to create a destination service in the global account to be used in all subaccounts?

A BTP Global Account is basically just a container for Subaccounts.  Subaccounts contain almost everything else, including Destinations. 

Have you considered automation as the solution here? -- It's possible to create destinations automatically in an app deployment MTA (see Gregor Wolf's comment here: https://community.sap.com/t5/technology-q-a/btp-destination-creation-using-rest-endpoints-cli/qaq-p/...).  You might also be able to create destinations (destination service instances) via the btp CLI (https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/cp-sapcp-getstarted.html)
