Hi,
I successfully activated the instance ,but upon re-activating following suspending I now continually get “partner not reached “ despite using the “Connect “ button.
Any ideas ?
Thanks
Tony

Hi Tony,
We have investigated your problem when connecting to the instance.
The problem could be related to the system startup time.
Have you tried to connect to your instance 15 minutes after you received that error?

Hi tony.hayes2,
Seems like connect issue on the AWS side itself. Check if blow blog post helps with this issue-
Hope this helps. If you find this useful, appreciate if you up-vote or accept this answer.
Good luck!

Hi Tony,
could it be that you are not having an access at all to the system due to FW or other network limitation? You can try to login to AWS console and check what security groups are open and also check for any restrictions applied by AWS.
