Interpret your SAP BTP Usage Analytics

Logging into my SAP BTP Cockpit, and choosing a Subaccount the Usage Analytics look like this:

What does this mean especially also in terms of my assigned budget? Back to my Global Account, I export the Usage Analysis:

With a PivotTable:

This gives me a first idea, i.e. I got an Integration Suite Tenanat with constant costs and varying SAP Datasphere Capacity Unit costs:

But trying to create a Timeline does not work:

As it turns out, the dates are not recognized as such. Easily converted with DATEVALUE () that then offers enhanced PivotTable options, i.e. Years and Months:

With my budget added that turns data into information:

This is of course a simple example but hopefully explains the principle.
