Internal Error while running Optimizer

Hi Experts,

We have completed migration of our APO system to new landscape. And optimizer was upgraded from 10.0 to 12.0.

While doing testing we are facing error below are the details.

/SAPAPO/RMSNPOPT BTC job will be triggered from the input of transaction code /sapapo/snpop and which is getting cancelled due to internal error.

Job Name: /SAPAPO/RMSNPOPT

Internal error Log:

Diagnosis

The optimizer has identified an internal error.

System Response

Optimization terminates without a solution.

Procedure

Install the latest version of the SNP/Deployment optimizer and restart optimization. If the error persists, create a customer message.

The Variants used for this are MY_LQ_OPT_TEST and MY_LQ_OPT_ACT.

Hi Experts,

Issue has been resolved by installing latest optimizer version as per SAP suggestion.

Thanks for your response.

We have checked this internal error is coming for all variants and background job getting failed at

/SAPAPO/SNPOPT600".
