PO Archiving

Hi Expert,

1. PO archiving residence time 1 & residence time 2 - Can maintain "zero"

2. Before archiving & delete the PO. corresponding Material document & invoice document should have deleted?

3. Archiving one - step procedure need to maintain at what scenario?
