Pro and Cons of Funds management.

In theory


*Accommodates specific laws and regulations of a country for recording of expenses and revenues

* Data Transfer from non sap system to sap system

* Establish control measures such as authorization & restricted access

* Flexibility of Budget creation (as we compare actual results with this)

a) Entity as a whole

b) Specific aspect (e.g. by division, product line, department, area)

c) Corporate card v cash


* For budgeting, External Factors have to be considered. External factors are outside the control of business. They are determined on basis of judgement.

Unanticipated events can occur or the impact of a factor can be significantly more or less.

Accuracy is comprised to a point.

*Relies on information from other modules. Unchecked Errors there flow into here.
