Capacity Consumption in SNP planning book

Hi All,

We are facing an issue related to capacity consumption in SNP planning book.

PPDS order (firmed planned order, process orders), which are cross period (starting one date and ending in other date) are not showing properly in capacity consumption in SNP planning book.

Here is the example

Note: We are using weekly display for capacity consumption

Order Start date Start Time End Date End Time

1 1/29/2012 21:16:34 1/30/2012 19:19:11

2 1/30/2012 21:37:47 1/31/2012 20:35:31

3 1/31/2012 22:57:00 2/1/2012 20:04:31

4 2/2/2012 0:47:48 2/2/2012 21:55:19

5 2/3/2012 0:48:00 2/3/2012 21:55:31

This data is for Week 5, in PPDS DS board we can see the detail, but when it comes to SNP Planning book, order 5 showing in against Week 6.

Need help to fix this issue.

Note: If PPDS order with start and end on same day (all orders) showing properly in SNP planning book.

Confusion was due a User Exit , which determined the period.

Just check out the location & resource calendar if they are in sync.
