We have setup Order base planning process using SAP7 and SDI for one of our business process. The integration of master data and txn data from ECC to IBP is working with use of SDI.
We are using Finite Heuristic method in the Supply planning run. It is generating the receipts for the externally procured item without any issue.
However, the finite heuristic is not generating any receipts against demands ( sales order and forecast) at the manufacturing plant for the inhouse produced items. The valid resource with available capacity and the PDS data are successfully integrated from ECC to IBP.
In the Supply run profile , we have not set any constraints ( capacity, lot size etc.) and the source of supply for PDS is enabled. I am expecting a planned order, but it does not plan any thing nor indicates any clue in the log.
Appreciate if you can pl share your inputs.
