I am looking for Idoc generation from SRM PO to send to vendors as xml file trough middle ware.

Hi

SRM PO (BUS2201) will be transferred to ECC with RFC call BBP_PO_INBOUND (calls BAPI_PO_CREATE1 in ECC) in FM B46B_DPO_TRNANSFER (SRM). The XML is not used. About PO transfer debug detail please check the wiki page :
