The document has been approved displays error

Hi SAP gurus,

In Invoice workflow we are getting an error. The document has been fully approved but still the status is showing as Awaiting Approval as workflow is in error.

I have checked the errors so I found /sapsrm/cl_wf_adapter class method Trigger_event is throughing exception

Please provide some pointers on that to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance

Hi Pratham,

The issue may be due to user is not picked after the approval/ work flow is not complete.

In some cases the issue will also because of the authrorization.

You can check this with workflow consultant on the condition for complete and check the auth.

Hi Nayeemar,

Thanks for the reply but I have seen the container of the workitem which is under error is not having the IO_DECISONSET attribute where the decision is set and also system is picking up the top most workitem id in iv_workitem attribute instead of its workitem.

I have tried to change the workitem and restart it but still it is going for error.

Checked the authorization that is good.
