SRM PO Workflow - Approvers Details

Hi Experts,

Where can we see the list of Approvers maintained for a SRM Process Controlled Workflow for Purchase Order.

In Process Level Configuration we have created an Evaluation ID ZSPO_EVN_CONTROLLER  and Resolver Name - RR_ROLE and Resolver Parameters Z:PPS_REQ_CONTROLLER.

Where can I see the RR_ROLE and Z:PPS_REQ_CONTROLLER details so as to know which Users are assigned as Approvers for this level.

Hello Rafi,

do not understand your request...

In your first screen-shot, you have in column "Processor" users assigned to your process level...

But, technically, those users are dermined by /SAPSRM/IF_WF_AREA~GET_RESPONSIBLE_APPROVERS method from /SAPSRM/CL_WF_AREA_ACTIV_GRP class.

Inside this method, lv_activ_grp_id is the value for column "Resp. Resolver Parameter" from concerned process level.
