How to restart a workflow, It's stuck in the beginning and user didn't see the SC in the Inbox.
Hello Bhavesh,
Please try using transaction BBP_PD.
1. Enter Object type: BUS2121
2.Object ID: Enter the SC number and execute.
3.Double click on the resulting record.
4. Click on the icon (services for Object) to the left of the text (Document Display) to expand the options.
5. From the expanded list Select Workflow and then select Start Workflow.
