PO amendment history

Dear Guru

I'm trying to extract a report of all orders placed recently and show the following:

PO old value and new Value

PO date of amendment

PO old date and new date

How many amendment

I tried to extract the report from SE16 using table EKPO but above details do not show except PO date of amendment.

Please advise what Tcode to be used...

I think This change information is saved in CDPOS and CDHDR table . change document logs.
