Hi all,

We are implementing SAP Ariba Buying for a customer. Normally, in previous projects, once a PR is approved, a message is sent to S4, we receive the order number generated and replicated in Ariba. The order can then be accessed in Ariba and received.

However, now we run into a problem: after approving the PR in Ariba, the process continues in S4, where it has to be approved again. Once converted to an order, only the ID is returned in the history tab of the ERP, not being able to receive and displaying the message:

Before integrating SAP Ariba with the ERP, everything worked as in the first scenario I mentioned. But after the integration, it behaves as in the second scenario. Does anyone know what could be the reason for this?
