Contract duplication: SAP Note 1811889 NOT Helping

Hi.

We are creating a central contract in CLM and publish to ERP. When we update the contract from CLM, it duplicates contracts in ERP. In other systems it was resolved by implementing SAP NOTE 1811889.

However, the current system has a higher support pack and as a result the note cannot be implemented. The contracts duplicate.

Is there any help or update to the note. On market service marketplace the latest note is version 14 and it is not helping.

Please assist.
