Central procurement hub - Material F4 help empty in manage central purchase contracts app

Hi Guys,

While creating central purchase contracts , at the Item level when I try to put material with F4 help, no materials are fetched from the connected system. Also the F4 help doesn't show the materials in the hub system. the list is always empty.

Does any body know reason behind this?

Note: I already checked the Odata service MM_PUR_CNTRL_CTR_MAINTAIN_SRV which is responsible to get the data, its active.

The problem was due to gateway authentication, which was solved by technical person.

This issue is now resolved!

Kindly check whether you have maintain below O-data service in Connected system.

Material Value Help Service: MMPUR_BE_VALUE_HELP_SRV

And also in Hub system below is configured in Control Plane for the APIs of Central Procurement

connected system ID CCM 2RM Central Contract Read Material O DATA MMPUR_BE_VALUE_HELP_SRV 1 CL_MMPUR_CENTRL_CTR_D RIVER check

Hi Dhanesh,

The settings you mentioned are already in place.

The problem was due to the error in gateway authentication, which has been now resolved by technical person.
